Administrator Roles help you streamline the management of your LoginTC organization. Assign the correct amount of access to the right people. The LoginTC Dashboard dynamically responds to an administrator’s level of access.

Benefits of Administrator Roles
Administrator roles bring the principles of least privilege to your authentication security operations. Allow only the accesses needed for each of your administrators.

Super Administrators
In LoginTC, Super Administrators hold the keys to the Kingdom.
These administrators have full control over organization-level settings and can manage functionality for all other user accounts, including other Super Administrators.
Account Managers
The Account Manager role has limited functionality over organization-level settings, but can still perform all major actions for users and administrator roles lower than them.
The Account Manager role is useful for team members that need to manage the account day to day and need full visibility across the organization.
Help Desk
The Help Desk administrator role can be used to view and update users, assist with issuing and revoking tokens, and troubleshooting problems using user logs. This role can also be more narrowly applied to a specific group.
The Help Desk role is useful for team members in charge of a specific branch, plant, or department of your organization, who need control over basic day to day function, but don’t require full visibility.
Billing
Administrators with the Billing role can see Billing and Subscription details in the organization, but no user information.
This allows business and operations functions to stay separate from IT functions, helping protect the privacy needs of both departments.
