Benefits of Audit Logs
When it comes to tracking security operations, you need insights into every aspect of your infrastructure. With audit logs, administrators can have a full view of every action taken in their organization, and review the logs for suspicious or malicious activity that may have occurred.
Logs can also be exported as part of formal auditing processes, or for internal reporting measures.
User logs
User logs contain information about every action taken by users in your LoginTC organization. The logs include information when they were created, when their token was added or revoked, as well as all of their authentication request information.
The logs can be filtered to a specific date, domain, group, or action. User logs can be viewed by Super Administrators, Account Managers, and Help Desk and Read Only administrators with the correct group permissions.
Administrator logs
Admin logs contain the actions that all administrators have done in the LoginTC organization, including creating, editing, and deleting users, administrators, domains, tokens, and much more.
Logs can be filtered by date or by action to see a specific sub-set. They can also be exported for reporting and auditing purposes. Administrator logs can only be viewed by Super Administrators.
Authentication logs contain all the information about every authentication request that’s been made in your LoginTC organization. The logs include whether the request was accepted or denied, where it came from, when it occurred, which LoginTC domain or application was accessed, and more.
